All but one of the new tender invitations has come from Morley College this quarter. They are all the fruits of the Meet the Buyer event in January:
London OHMS Central Ltd has tendered for two projects with Morley College: the replacement of all their lighting with LED at their Waterloo site and a bathroom and flooring refurbishment.
What a Load of Rubbish Ltd tendered and was appointed for waste clearance by Morley and are to be handed over all the College’s waste clearance for the next year.
Paul Little Architects: following an on-site meeting with Morley College, Paul has been invited to put forward a proposal for the Wornington Road Nursery & ceramics centre.
Homyze Ltd was asked to quote on Morley College’s bathroom refurbishment as well..
London OHMS Central; MTW brokered an introduction to Bouygues’ M & E contractor LJJ Ltd, for London OHMS and they have subsequently met them and tendered for an electrical package for 16 Town Houses being built at Wornington Green.
Contracts Won
What a Load of Rubbish Ltd has been awarded an initial waste collection job for Morley College and will take on all their waste disposal work from now on.
City Axis Ltd has won some £1.4m of work from Morley College, funded by the DfE, renovating and remodelling their Chelsea and Carlisle buildings.
