Re-design and Management of Void Properties Conversion Work

 MTW Consultants invite all interested architects to participate in two free virtual workshops which will provide bid support for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Re-design and Management of Void Properties Conversion Works tender recently advertised in the Architects Journal. The submission deadline is 22nd May 2020 at 12:00 pm.

This tender will be awarded to one architectural practice who will be responsible for the re-design and the project management of the conversion works. RBKC would also need you to nominate a team of technical consultants. Architectural practices who plan to submit a tender, but are unfamiliar with competitive tendering or would like to improve their tender scores, are strongly advised to register.

The workshop schedule is as follows:

• Wednesday May 6th - Workshop 1
  • Workshop topics: How to answer the tender questions to maximise your tender scores and how to submit a compliant response.
  • Time: 12:30 - 14:00
• Thursday May 7th - Workshop 2
  • Workshop topics: Client-focused writing techniques and how to submit your tender on to CapitalEsourcing (for those who are unfamiliar with tender portals).
  • Time: 12:30 - 13:30
