During the period we held a Networking event in May. We engaged with 4 new SMEs. We have had 2 one-to-one meetings with SMEs. We have engaged with 2 new buyers/developments. We had 3 new invitations to tender. We had four successful tenders as follows.

1. London OHMS has been awarded the bathroom and flooring refurbishment works at Morley College. They were unsuccessful  with the College’s Waterloo site but are well placed to receive M&E maintenance work in the future from this campus.
2. Paul Little Architects were commissioned to prepare a  Stage 1 proposal for Morley College which they have completed and the  College is very pleased with their concept. It is likely they will be      asked to work up the full scheme once funding has been secured.
3. Mona Architects has completed a small commission of £1,050 for Reabourne Capital who they met at the initial Networking event. 
4. Q  Scaffolding was appointed by Buxton Building Contractors on their Silchester Arches site.      This forms part of their s106 commitment.
