Olga Crosse has over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors in transformation, change management and employee relations. She has worked as HR Director or senior manager in organisations such as ECGD, DEFRA, Circle Anglia, St Barts NHS Trust, Institute of Physics, Ealing Council, Imperial College among others.  She then set up Crosse HR which specialises in offering external HR services to SME companies which do not have HR capacity in house or need specialised advice.
