 We have recently engaged with:

WRM Group who are the development managers for a 6 story office and retail development in Kensal Road. 

They have an immediate requirement for:

• an asbestos R&D Survey and a Sewer CCTV survey. 

Other Services required in the short term (next 4-6 weeks):

• Health and Safety Advisor – to help the Client discharging their CDM obligations
• Employer’s Agent

To be appointed later this year (in 4-6 months), but holding introductory meetings earlier:

• Interior Designer/Artist – strategy not yet defined but a creative touch is needed
• Brand designer
• Marketing and Graphic Designer – for Marketing Collateral
• CGIs – for Marketing Collateral

Willmott Dixon, which has won social housing contracts with the Council on at least two sites has so far issued tender enquiries to three local companies: one for noise and dust monitoring; one for skip hire and another for thermal temperature cameras and installation. They are intending to require their subcontractors to engage with local building materials suppliers We have given them details of 4 local builders merchants and 4 (Tier 3) subcontractors so far to pass down to their subcontractors.

 Morgan Sindall are the main contractors for this £11m project to substantially refurbish and upgrade the school. They are committed to procuring up to 10% of the build cost from the local supply chain in Kensington and Chelsea. The trades they are looking for include the following find out more
