About this opportunity
Cadogan owns 93 acres of Chelsea including 750 residential properties, 442 retail units and 0.5 million f² of office space as well as 16 private gardens in squares. At any one time they have around 50 live projects from some decoration works to an £80m new build. They are keen to support the RBKC Supply Chain initiative and suggested three possible areas of opportunity:
- Their main contractors working on major projects
- Refurbishments (residential) under £5m
- Ad hoc and planned repair and maintenance of Cadogan’s properties including landscaping services for its private gardens and squares.
