Wornington Green 230 residential units

Bouygues are building 230 units 50% private and 50% affordable mainly in 7 storey buildings. They started on site in August 22 and complete December 24. The build costs is £83m. The client is the Peabody Trust. They have Social Value KPIs around local supply chain as well as s106 requirements. They have already worked with Urban Eye on the Public Art element. We have put forward local companies for hard flooring, skip hire, landscaping and hoarding design.
