About this opportunity
Delancey is the new developer of the site comprising the former Earls Court Exhibition and Conference centre and surrounding land and properties replacing Capital and Counties. They have handed back the West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates to Hammersmith & Fulham Council. Architects Hawkins/Brown and Studio Egrets West were appointed to prepare a new Masterplan.
We have met with Delancey and they are fully aware of the Local Supply Chain Project. There will be a long gestation period on this scheme but we are following it to make sure local companies have access to opportunities where suitable.
