JULY-SEPT
During the quarter, we have engaged with 3 new buyers , received 11 invitations to tender and carried out 2 one to one advisory sessions. It has been a busy quarter! More details to follow soon.
APRIL-JUNE 2025
During the quarter, we have recruited 3 new local SMEs, engaged with 1 new buyer and carried out 1 one to one advisory session. Two new contracts were won and there were two tender invitations. RBKC Parks requested details of local architects and will be inviting four of them to quote for a project.
We have brought out a Directory of RBKC Construction related companies which has been circulated to key RBKC procurement officers following a presentation to them. A Networking event held at Morley College attracted 17 delegates from 14 SMEs attending. 70% of those were extremely or very satisfied with the potential for future business.
Tenders won:
London OHMS Central successfully tendered to Martins Properties Ltd for a fire alarm system on one of their Chelsea properties.
London OHMS Central was awarded electrical contracting work by CHELCI Construction on the Landmark Hotel.
January-march 2025
During the quarter, there were 4 invitations to tender, a Meet the Buyer Event was held on 21 st November at Morley College with 7 buyers attending and 26 SMEs. We have recruited 3 new local SMEs, engaged with 3 new buyers and carried out 2 one to one advisory sessions. Additional work was commissioned by Ballymore from local architects, and accounts opened with two local materials suppliers by OpenView Security.
OCTOBER-DECEMBER 2024

During the quarter, three contracts were awarded worth £45k all spent on furniture and furnishings. We recruited 5 new local SMEs, engaged with 3 new buyers and carried out 8 one to one advisory sessions.
